This introductory session is for new clients only. This is a 60-minute consultation session to discuss long-term goals, current existing tensions, and experience an introduction to the bodywork. I used modalities such as assisted stretching, breathwork, felt-sense, energy healing, acupressure, etc. Based on the first session analysis and your personal goals, you’ll be recommended a tailored plan for your body after the session.
